Last Day to submit your learning choice for the fall!!

Tuesday, August 18th will be the last day that parents can submit their learning choice for their D7 students for Fall 2020. If you have already submitted your choice, you DO NOT need to submit again. Students will be scheduled where space is available if no choice is made by Tuesday, August 18th. IMPORTANT: Parent Learning Model Option Selections for Fall 2020

This form will need to be completed for ALL District 7 students that will attend in the 2020/2021 school year. A separate form has to be completed for EACH student. So, if a family has 4 school-aged children, they will fill out four individual forms. These forms need to be completed by August 3rd. A full presentation of the learning options for the fall will be given at the Board Meeting on July 22nd at 7pm in the O. W. Best Cafeteria.

Pre-Labor Day Start for District 7 Schools for the 2020/2021 School Year

ALL District 7 Schools will be starting school on Monday, August 31, 2020 for the 2020/2021 school year. This pre-Labor Day start will all our schools to get out on June 11, 2021 for the summer. A first day of school after Labor Day, as we are used to, would have kept us in school until June 17th. Please save the calendar and make note of the days. A hard copy of the calendar will also be sent home with the Chalk Talk.

The students of District 7 Schools are so fortunate to have so many FREE opportunities from the Dearborn Heights Public Libraries. See the attached link to the summer reading program. This is available to ALL District 7 students...residents AND non-residents.
