HAZARD PAY

An email was sent on November 9, 2020 to staff who are deemed eligible and qualified for the Teacher COVID-19 Grant program as well as the School Support COVID-19 Grant program. If you did not receive the email and feel as though you are eligible and qualified for the grant, you must submit to me in writing an appeal letter on or before December 4, 2020. Prior to sending this appeal, you must first review the following website and FAQ documents on the site:

After reviewing the website information and the FAQ documents, you still feel that you should have received the eligibility email, please submit to me in writing why you believe you are eligible and qualified according to the eligibility and qualification requirements listed on the website.
