Michigan Common Core
Dearborn Heights District #7 curriculum is aligned with the Michigan Common Core Standards. In compliance with state law, District No. 7 has adopted a comprehensive program of health education. The Department of Education's Health Education provides information on the health curriculum. The public has the right to inspect instructional materials used to present this curriculum.. Vocational Education
District No, 7 has a strong vocational education program designed to meet the needs of all students provide and opportunities to learn marketable skills. The other school districts in Dearborn Heights (Crestwood and Westwood) work with District No. 7 to offer a wide variety of vocational education programs. Many have articulation agreements with local business and colleges and offer college credit.Annapolis Annapolis High School offers the following:

Design/CAD -- leading to careers in drafting, detailing and design.
 
Business management icon
Business Management-- leading to careers as an administrative assistant, information processing, and accounting.
 
Health occupation icon
Health Occupation -- leading to careers as a nurse assistant and medial assistant. This program is offered at the Veterans Administration Hospital.
 
Graphic Arts icon
Graphic Arts Technology -- Leading to careers as a Press operator, layout designers or screen printer.
 
Cisco Networking icon
Cisco Networking -- Leading to careers as a network technician, computer services technician and micro computer specialist.
