The Dearborn Heights Virtual Academy Strives to Remove Barriers to Learning!
Many of the barriers to student success are removed in our online program. Challenges such as transportation, tardies, attendance, bullying, scheduling, social conflicts, etc. go away in online programs. HOWEVER, if a student is struggling due to motivation, learning difficulties, time management and follow-through, he/she will likely still struggle in online programs. Students need to be committed to our program. If they are, we will help them achieve!
